1996
Roldan Baluyot founded Jumpstart Productions – a sole proprietorship company engaged in concert productions.

Jumpstart Productions- and consequently, as No Seat Affair!- started to include band/ artist management and album production among its areas of specialization

  The term No Seat Affair! emerged from a phenomena among concerts or productions   wherein seats and tables were removed inside venues so as to create more space for   audiophiles to move, mosh or simply let the music take them away.
